ISN Model
Description & Responsibilities: The ISN Model keeps the exemplar ISN. He or she exhibits all TRAIL traits – Teamwork through helping absent classmates catch up on notes, Resourcefulness through using creativity, organization, and legibility in keeping the ISN, Attitude through excellent note-taking skills while having an open mind to learn and willingness to share with others, Integrity through committing to keeping ISN personally, and Leadership by being a model student through behavior and attitude as well as by keeping an exemplar ISN.
Benefits: 8 additional participation points per unit, to be awarded at the end of each unit celebration, given ISN is updated and in good condition and has met all requirements
Supplies Manager
Description & Responsibilities: The Supplies Manager exhibits all TRAIL traits – Teamwork by working with classmates to ensure everyone has access to materials necessary to learn in class, Resourcefulness by having the creativity to make sure everyone has access to needed supplies even with limited resources, Attitude by accepting the responsibility of being accountable for all classroom materials being distributed and returned on time, Integrity by distributing materials in an equitable and efficient manner, and Leadership by taking responsibility of all materials even when used by others.
Materials the Supplies Manager is in charge of distributing and collecting:
Benefits: 5 additional participation points per unit, to be awarded at the end of each unit celebration, given all supplies are returned daily and none are misplaced and has met all requirements
Team Leader
Description & Responsibilities: The Team Leader exhibits all TRAIL traits – Teamwork by working collaboratively with other teammates, Resourcefulness by ensuring all teammates have access to and are utilizing all necessary materials to learn, Attitude by having an open mind to learn in the face of challenging problems, Integrity by holding all teammates and self accountable for equal contributions to team learning, and Leadership by ensuring the team is working efficiently to learn and succeed
Benefits: 2 additional participation points per unit, to be awarded at the end of each unit celebration, given all materials in Team Box are kept in good condition and replaced, Team executes daily class work effectively and has met all requirements

- Update ISN daily
- Allow absent students to use to copy missed notes
- Must have perfect or near perfect attendance (no more than 5 absences a semester)
- Must have great organizational skills
- Must have neat and legible handwriting
- Must be responsible and able to keep track of items
- ISN must be updated daily

Supplies Manager

- Calculators
- Whiteboards & Dry Erase Markers
- Any other supplies
- Must have perfect or near perfect attendance (no more than 5 absences a semester)
- Must be on-time daily to class
- Must have great organizational skills
- Must be responsible and trustworthy
- Must NOT have a class that is on the opposite side of campus immediately after

Team Leader
Description & Responsibilities: The Team Leader exhibits all TRAIL traits – Teamwork by working collaboratively with other teammates, Resourcefulness by ensuring all teammates have access to and are utilizing all necessary materials to learn, Attitude by having an open mind to learn in the face of challenging problems, Integrity by holding all teammates and self accountable for equal contributions to team learning, and Leadership by ensuring the team is working efficiently to learn and succeed
- In charge of ensuring Team Box materials are kept in good condition and replaces materials as needed
- Time Keeper during group work
- Teacher Liaison during group work
- Must have good attendance (no more than 10 absences a semester)
- Must be nominated by team
- Must be responsible
